About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead Executive to join our team at Lucy Walker Recruitment. As a Sales Lead Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure prompt follow-up on leads and maintain a list of high-potential opportunities.
  • Tailor each outreach interaction to the individual prospect, demonstrating adaptability and genuine engagement.
  • Develop effective outreach techniques, demonstrating persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM system with pertinent details.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the market dynamics and industry influences over time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
