Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ECW Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with independent dealers and groups to grow our business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and groups to increase sales and revenue
  • Utilize creativity and sales expertise to provide innovative solutions and ideas for business growth
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales achievement in the automotive sector
  • Background selling vehicle warranties, paint protection, or insurance-based products is a plus
  • Highly competent in the use of modern IT systems and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
