Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary - Hybrid Role to join our team as a Company Secretary Admin Support. This role will provide administrative support to our UK-based company secretaries, covering absences from the office.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of board and committee meetings, maintain statutory books and records, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize files and documents, handle confidential information with discretion, and assist the Company Secretary in preparing for board and committee meetings.
- Track correspondence, ensure matters are attended to, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an admin support role gained in a legal or company secretarial environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Blueprint/Diligent, Microsoft Office, and Board Intelligence (training can be provided).
- Able to work effectively in a complex environment, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and respond to challenges promptly and effectively.
