Customer Service Representative

About the RoleThis role involves ensuring exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to our clients and visitors to the site. As the public face of our security team, you will act with professionalism and a can-do attitude in this highly influential role.
Key Responsibilities- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Interact with all visitors/tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first-class customer-focused service.
- Maintaining Site Safety: Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site Assignment Instructions, being proactive and vigilant.
- Safeguarding Visitors: Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the shopping centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise.
- Managing Incidents: Safeguarding all sites are safe and non-threatening environments for all visitors/tenants. Ensure all incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, be able to balance competing priorities and workloads, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to remain calm under pressure, be adaptable and flexible in approach to work required, and willing to work as a member of a team.

Please note: We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £11.44 per hour, based on industry standards for similar positions in the UK.
