Customer Service Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, supporting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Set clear objectives and deliverables to support commercial targets and strategy.
- Build and sustain a multi-skilled team to process customer orders, handle sales/after-sales enquiries, and provide an efficient service.
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and create new procedures as needed.
- Pricelist management setup and proper pricelist uploading in the system before each booking order season begins.
- Provide regular retail sales analysis and timely sales reports for senior management.
- Develop team ethos by holding individual and team meetings, providing clear communications, and encouraging feedback.
- Support customer service escalations and complaints.
- Liaise with the Marketing department for website updates and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maximize logistic efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft packages.
- A good working knowledge of SAP is required.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
