Temporary Seasonal Support Needed

We are seeking a temporary seasonal support team member to join our busy period. This is a flexible opportunity with various shifts available.

The role involves working across sales floors and stockrooms, offering fast and friendly service to customers, colleagues, and managers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service, helping customers find products, and ensuring speedy parcel pick-up service.
  2. Processing stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  3. Locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store, meeting deadlines to deliver to customers on time.
  4. Keeping back areas clean, tidy, and organized.

About You

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on busiest days. The ideal candidate is excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for the team and customers.

What's Next

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £9.50 - £10.50 per hour, based on the national minimum wage for retail workers. This may vary depending on location and experience.
