**Job Title:** Customer Engagement Executive

At Handle Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled individual with exceptional customer engagement abilities to fill this exciting opportunity.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about events, marketing, advertising, or other areas of media and creativity.

  • Key requirements include:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A deep understanding of the creative communications industry, including marketing, advertising, media, and events
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, market research, or retail would be beneficial
  • Availability to work full-time hours from January onwards
  • An additional language could be advantageous but is not essential

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to agencies and companies participating in the awards
  • Help generate entries by assisting customers in understanding the Awards structure, rules, and entry process
  • Become an expert on the entry system, website, and downloadable documents to aid customers with general and specific queries
  • Inform customers of new initiatives within the Awards and encourage entrants to begin the entry process as the deadline approaches
  • Collaborate with the Awards team in tasks and client relations associated with withdrawals and entry changes
  • Potential - On-site customer service for Award-winning delegates and attendees of the awards ceremonies
  • Potential - On-site logistics and events work for Awards-related tasks

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum
