**Job Description**

We're seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to lead the charge on building and optimizing content campaigns that convert customers into our services.

This role involves designing and implementing campaigns to promote additional services to our customers, as well as creating nurture journeys to convert customers into our services.

You'll work closely with our copywriter, designer, and email marketing executive to ensure seamless collaboration and effective campaign execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing campaigns to engage customers with their money
  • Briefing our in-house copywriters and designers
  • Producing creative content
  • Measuring the results of your campaigns

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
