We are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at 3Search. This exciting opportunity will focus on driving subscriber growth and retention through effective customer communication strategies.

About the Role

This 12-month contract role offers the chance to shape the subscriber experience, working closely with data, customer care, and technical teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support key metrics for newspaper subscribers, including engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage customer communication plans for migration projects, ensuring multi-channel delivery and impact optimisation.
  • Develop automated communication programs for print subscribers, including renewal and service updates.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in customer engagement, retention, or lifecycle management, as well as strong project management skills and a data-driven approach.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000 per year, based on a daily rate of £250.
