About the Role

As a Sales Performance Expert at SAP SE, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales objectives within an assigned vertically aligned territory. This challenging position requires a proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue quotas by selling software solutions to existing customers, expanding their portfolios, and effectively managing the sales process from qualification to close.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP's products and services to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Action-oriented mentality with a proven track record of consistently generating revenue and exceeding quota targets.
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Strong skills in developing and maintaining effective business, sales, and marketing plans, as well as creating compelling sales presentations and value statements.

Estimated Salary

We offer a highly competitive estimated salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location, plus additional benefits and performance incentives.
