Accountancy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Manager to join our team at Collaborative Care Services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and well-being of our service users, as well as overseeing the financial management of our staff team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our services
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and financial reports
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the financial needs of our service users
- Collaborate with other professionals, including funding authorities and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and manage the staff rota, ensuring that our team is adequately staffed to meet the financial needs of our service users
- Fulfill on-call duties on a rotational basis, providing financial support and guidance to our team as needed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, with experience in a managerial role within a care setting. They will also have the ability to register with a regulatory body and have completed or be willing to complete a Diploma Level 5 in accountancy.
