Job Overview:
We are a leading specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for growing our business in the East Midlands region, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire.
- You will work closely with our technical team to provide support and guidance to customers.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales revenue growth.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the ground shoring market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
