Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our senior management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop effective plans to achieve these goals. This may involve market research, competitor analysis, and financial planning.

You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits
