Job Description
Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Sussex Kent Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with residents in social housing properties across Sussex and Kent during construction projects.

This role requires a unique blend of on-site and office-based work, with opportunities to visit multiple properties throughout the day. To excel in this position, you must have a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with residents. We value candidates who can adapt quickly to changing situations, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with Forepersons to ensure seamless project execution, attending coffee mornings to discuss upcoming activities.
  3. Collect and analyze KPIs to inform data-driven decisions, contributing to the overall success of the project.
  4. Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring smooth project progress and resident satisfaction.
  5. Utilize basic IT knowledge to manage tasks, projects, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
