Job Description

This role involves maintaining effective communication with residents, drafting communications related to access and project updates, responding to residents' questions and concerns, attending coffee mornings with the Foreperson, collecting KPIs, and building positive relationships with residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, basic knowledge of IT systems and software, and excellent communication skills.
