Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Television Licence Field Officer. As a key member, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in Tunbridge Wells who lack a TV licence. Your primary objective is to educate them on the legal requirements surrounding the TV licence and facilitate their registration, as well as assist in finding a suitable payment arrangement.

Responsibilities:
  • Visit properties without a registered TV licence and engage with residents.
  • Clarify the legislation governing TV licences and provide guidance on obtaining one.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and implement a suitable payment plan.
