New Business Development Role at Hyperity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to fill a new business development role within our expanding SaaS organisation.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact on our business, with faster progression routes to senior sales roles and a competitive salary.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospects, schedule, and attend discovery meetings to better understand their goals and challenges in relation to their solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails to establish relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by identifying and addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market and develop your sales skills through continuous learning and development.
  • Report regularly to the Manager on activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar BDR or sales role.
  • A competitive and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A personable and coachable individual with a clear understanding of the importance of building strong relationships with customers.
  • A self-motivated and organised individual with strong career aspirations and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
