SEN Support Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA to join our team in a SEND provision.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and/or disabilities, particularly those with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.

This is a short-term role, although there is potential for it to become a long-term placement for the right candidate.

About the SEN Role:

  • Supporting students with additional needs across all Key Stages
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
  • Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent
  • Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable
