At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant. This role is perfect for those passionate about supporting children with autism and behaviour needs.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide tailored support to students with autism and other special educational needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, where all students can thrive.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive access to ongoing professional development opportunities, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in behaviour support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an education setting. A valid enhanced DBS check is also required. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and all applicants must share this commitment.
