Job Title: Adults Autism Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Autism Team Lead to join our team in Hull. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £38,296 per annum.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Engaging in practice development forums/meetings to improve social work practice.
* Managing complex cases requiring autonomous decision-making and multi-agency coordination.
* Contributing to team planning, effectiveness, and responsiveness.
* Facilitating meetings to develop awareness of autism and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
* Knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
