Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful applicant will have experience working with SEMH students, a flexible approach, and an updated CV with a valid enhanced DBS certificate.

About the Role:
This role involves providing one-on-one and group support to help students engage with learning, manage emotions and behaviour, and achieve educational goals. You will implement behaviour management strategies, offer emotional guidance, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with SEMH needs
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Offering emotional guidance and support
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- A compassionate and understanding approach
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Updated CV with a valid enhanced DBS certificate
