In partnership with GSL Education, a respected education recruitment agency, we are seeking an exceptional SEN Specialist Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community in Hull. This fulfilling role demands a highly motivated and experienced educator who can design and implement personalized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will form strong partnerships with the SENCO and other school staff to develop and refine teaching strategies that optimize students' growth and development.

  • Design and deliver customized learning plans tailored to the unique requirements of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO and school staff to promote a culture of inclusivity and academic excellence.
  • Establish a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages all students to thrive.
  • Regularly update parents and carers on students' progress and achievements.
  • Contribute to the school's ongoing commitment to providing high-quality education for all pupils.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Substantial experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a similar setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of £162.31 - £223.63 per day, dependent on experience, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
