Job Description

This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to support the education of children and young people with complex needs. As a Specialist Teaching and Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans that cater to the unique needs of our pupils.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to planning and evaluation of learning activities, providing detailed feedback to teachers on learners' attainment and progress.
  • Supervise and provide specialist support for individuals with SEN, disabilities, personal and health needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans and Personal Care programmes.
