Salary

The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £8,400 - £10,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. You will be responsible for preparing materials and adapting lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student. Your role will also involve providing personal care and supporting students' physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people with additional needs and has a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection. You will need to have at least 6 months' experience in an educational or healthcare setting and a relevant qualification at Level 2 or higher, such as a Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
