We are looking for a skilled childcare companion to provide support to an 11-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder.

About the Role:

This role requires a kind and compassionate individual who can develop a strong relationship with the child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the young boy in his daily activities.
  • Engage him in his interests, such as gaming.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A patient and understanding approach.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work approximately 4 hours per week, with the exact schedule to be discussed at interview. The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.
