GSL Education - Hull is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive school in the area. As a key member of the support team, you will work closely with students who require additional support, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will be integral to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment. You will provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs, assisting them in accessing lessons and completing tasks. Your expertise will help create and implement learning plans that meet the specific requirements of students with SEN.

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
  • Assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development in students.
