About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our special needs team at Humber Education Trust. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of students and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students, facilitating their access to the curriculum and promoting independence.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, using expertise to enhance student learning experiences.
* Encourage students to engage with peers and participate in class activities, fostering social skills and relationships.
* Monitor student progress, identifying areas of need and developing strategies to support improvement.

Requirements:
* Relevant experience in teaching or supporting students with special educational needs.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Working Conditions:
* Monday to Friday, part-time hours: 7.5 hours per week.
* Hourly rate: £12.85.
