Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team as a High Level Teaching Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and promoting student progress.
The ideal candidate will possess HLTA Status or a Level 4 Childcare/Education Diploma, with a proven track record of working in the Primary Sector. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, providing extra support to students, and supervising students during breaks and off-site activities.
This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future. We offer a competitive salary, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Our estimated annual salary for this position is £9,100 - £10,600, depending on experience.
Key requirements include:
- Good understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
