Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Trainee Systemic Practitioners. This exciting opportunity is part of the Children and Young People's Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (CYP IAPT) initiative, aiming to transform mental health services for children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
As a Trainee Systemic Practitioner, you will work closely with our partner IAPT providers in the community, providing high-quality evidence-based systemic and family interventions. You will be passionate about developing excellent practitioners and equipping trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver effective support for children and young people and their families.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will hold a Honours degree 2:2 or above or equivalent level 6 study. Essential experience includes evidence of specialist clinical skills relevant to the role and continuing professional development. Desirable qualifications include professional certification or core profession. Our salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
