About the Role:
The Residential Children's Team Leader plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in our care. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and compassionate approach to supporting children and young people.
- Support and guide a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Ensure the needs of our residents are met in line with OFSTED regulations.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience leading a team in residential care.
- Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins and on-call shifts.
- Full UK driving licence required.
