We are now looking for a dynamic registered manager to lead our home for children with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will share our ethos, possess a passion for innovation, and be committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of the home's daily operations, ensuring a smooth-running environment
  2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the best possible outcomes
  3. Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and partners, fostering collaborative working practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
  • Registered manager qualification (RMA)
  • Significant experience in residential care management

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
