About the Centre

Our leisure centre is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a wide range of facilities and services for the local community.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth
  • Represent the centre at external events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a leisure facility
  • First aid qualification (NPLQ)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
