Customer Experience Director

Our leisure centre is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a wide range of facilities and services for the local community.
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
Centre Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth
- Represent the centre at external events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a leisure facility
- First aid qualification (NPLQ)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
