GES are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist. You will support Exhibitors within the EMEA regions, via all means of communication.

The role is very varied and includes problem solving and concern resolution for key customers as well as an element of outbound customer service and soft upselling of key products and services to existing customers.

**What will you do?**
You will:

- Handle customer enquiries with appropriate and timely follow through and document all customer interactions and tasks immediately within the CRM systems.
- Case Management with timely updates to Exhibitors, business areas and all involved parties. Must have the ability to "own" customer contacts and build relationships.
- Enter exhibitor, contractor and internal orders as appropriate, take payments, raise invoices and handle any related queries.
- Maintain and achieve all department and personal KPI's, Customer Satisfaction measures and Objectives, as set by the department or line manager.
- Resolve queries and issues both internally and with exhibitors.
- Act as a liaison between lines of business and exhibitors.
- Outbound soft selling, sales through service and up-selling with existing clients
- Keep abreast of industry and company information and support new starters with Induction and training.
- Represent the company, as appropriate, in a professional manner and perform all duties with the utmost integrity, avoiding any conflict of interest between GES and any other entities.
- May be required to provide support at other sites in exceptional circumstances.
- Follow all Quality Assurance and Customer Service / Training Guidelines
- Maintain up to date knowledge (after training) on appropriate areas and services within EMEA.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
- Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
- Take a participative role in the company's sustainability initiative and ensure, where possible, your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
