Job Title: Customer Relations

The ideal candidate will develop high-quality relationships with guests from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay to foster loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive guest experience by enquiring about satisfaction and taking into account their needs.
  • Convey the hotel's image and maintain a professional atmosphere.

Professional Techniques and Production:

  • Determine the best organisation structure according to existing infrastructure and equipment.
  • Supervise stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, identifying any needs.
  • Ensure menu presentation meets standards and coordinates with nearby departments.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and hygiene, reporting technical issues as needed.

Team Management and Talent & Culture:

  • Contribute to guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Develop employee motivation and team spirit.
  • Integrate and train employees, providing support for skill development.

Commercial and Sales:

  • Promote hotel services to encourage guest loyalty.
  • Respect Sales Department requests and maintain customer promises.
  • Increase sales through innovative approaches and reliable advice.

Management and Administration:

  • Manage available products for guests.
  • Minimise equipment loss and breakage, keeping superiors informed.
  • Maintain inventory records and track items coming in and out.

Hygiene, Personal Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Know and apply hotel security regulations.
  • Ensure safety of people and property.
  • Respect environmental commitments (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting).

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Estimated salary: $12.70-$13.20 per hour.
