Job Title: NHS Nurse Practitioner

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Staines Health Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care to patients, working autonomously and as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  • To participate in the management of chronic diseases, including wound management, venepuncture, and health promotion.
  • To assist GPs with minor surgery and coil fitting, and provide vaccinations and immunisations.
  • To undertake home visits and provide holistic care for registered patients.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient contacts, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, advice, and further action.

Requirements:

  • A registrant of the NMC with current registration.
  • Post-graduate diploma or degree in primary care (desirable).
  • Experience of teaching and clinical risk management (desirable).
  • Competent in EMIS web.
