Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Support patient education and promote healthy behaviors to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
  • Conduct patient assessments, create care plans, and support a holistic approach to patient care.
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin is essential.
  • Previous experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
Estimated Salary:

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
