We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Staines-upon-Thames. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a patient-centered medical practice, providing comprehensive nursing services to a diverse patient community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Nursing Care Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care, including wound management, vaccinations, and routine health checks.
  2. Patient Communication and Education: Communicate effectively with patients, provide education on health and wellbeing, and promote self-care.
  3. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver seamless care.
  4. Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement: Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Nursing Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in primary care or community healthcare settings is highly desirable.
  3. Skills: Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
