Main Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunizations, and routine health screenings.
- Conduct patient assessments, create tailored care plans, and support a holistic approach to patient care.
- Closely collaborate with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Offer patient education and promote health to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
- A registered nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
