Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse.
Salary:£32,000 - £42,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week (pro-rata for part-time hours) + enhancements for unsocial hours and bank holidays
About the role
- As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans and risk assessments to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with current clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and legislation related to healthcare.
Requirements
- NMC registration in full or registered mental health nurse (RMN) or learning disability nurse (LDN).
- Good understanding of current clinical practices, including medication management and symptom control.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritising tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with colleagues, residents, and relatives.
