About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a 40-bed Care Home in Staines-upon-Thames. The home offers individualized dementia, nursing, respite, and intermediate care in a comfortable, homely setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop caring relationships with residents
- Produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
- Understand regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA
- Experience or willingness to train in catheterisation, syringe drivers, PEG feeding, verification of death, venepuncture, and blood monitoring

Job Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Experience in dementia care and nursing
- Ability to develop caring relationships with residents
- Clear verbal and written communication
