Nurse - Dementia Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a 40-bed Care Home in Staines-upon-Thames. The home provides individualized dementia, nursing, respite, and intermediate care in a comfortable and homely setting.
About the Role:- Develop caring relationships with residents and promote person-centered care and independence.
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA, is required.
- Ability to train in catheterization, syringe drivers, PEG feeding, verification of death, venepuncture, and blood monitoring.
- Competitive hourly rate of £22-£23.
