This role presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in Staines-upon-Thames. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient community, working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other team members.
Main Responsibilities- Comprehensive Nursing Services: Provide wound care, immunizations, and routine health screenings.
- Patient Assessments and Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments, create tailored care plans, and support a holistic approach.
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Patient Education and Empowerment: Offer education and promote health to empower individuals in managing their well-being.
- Nursing Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in primary care or community healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Vaccination Administration: Proficient in administering child and adult immunizations and cervical smears.
