Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing payroll, including starters, leavers, amendments, and tax code changes
- Maintaining Court Orders and setting up new ones
- Managing SIP & Sharesave, Childcare Vouchers, Loans, and advances
- Reconciling and managing Auto Enrolment and Pension data
- Providing advice to managers on best practice for maintaining SAP Time
- Supporting the business in relevant project initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with relevant Payroll legislation and best practice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in Payroll Services, including understanding of statutory payments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
- Knowledge of SAP HR would be an advantage
