Overview:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support.

We require someone to look after the day to day running of the office. The business has several factors and so someone who is able to adapt to different tasks is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customers and Suppliers
- Raising customer quotes and Invoices
- Working with staff to ensure vehicle inspections and maintenance is Upheld.
- Payroll
- Ensuring rental units and Properties are up to date (lease agreements, payments, maintenance checks)
- Environmental permits standards are met
- Purchase invoices reconciled

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude that has an eye for detail and is happy with a variety of tasks.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Xero or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of operators licence and Environmental permits ideal but training can be given

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
