Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Type: Part Time, Fixed-term contract 12 months
Location: Office Angels (Remote)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Job Description:- General Office Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely manner.
- Opening and sorting mail, welcoming customers, and performing general office administration tasks.
- Sales Ledger:
- Updating sales orders, posting sales invoices, and maintaining the sales ledger.
- Preparing and sending statements to customers, as well as assisting with credit control processes.
- Timesheets:
- Checking time sheets and entering data into Sage 200 accounting software.
- Excel Spreadsheets:
- Maintaining up-to-date Excel spreadsheets for sales targets and internal accounts reporting.
- Other Duties:
- Assisting other departments with stock take processes and accounts-related tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Prior experience in an administration role or recent college/university leaver is desirable.
