Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Type: Part Time, Fixed-term contract 12 months

Location: Office Angels (Remote)

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Job Description:
  • General Office Duties:
    • Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely manner.
    • Opening and sorting mail, welcoming customers, and performing general office administration tasks.
  • Sales Ledger:
    • Updating sales orders, posting sales invoices, and maintaining the sales ledger.
    • Preparing and sending statements to customers, as well as assisting with credit control processes.
  • Timesheets:
    • Checking time sheets and entering data into Sage 200 accounting software.
  • Excel Spreadsheets:
    • Maintaining up-to-date Excel spreadsheets for sales targets and internal accounts reporting.
  • Other Duties:
    • Assisting other departments with stock take processes and accounts-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential.
  • Prior experience in an administration role or recent college/university leaver is desirable.
