About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Screwfix. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative and business support to senior finance managers, including project support, presentations, and data analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops, while also managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas for senior finance managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and prepare agendas for senior finance managers.
- Task and Project Management: Assist with task and project management, track deadlines, and ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, book flights, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.
