We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Accounts) to support our finance team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an administration role, preferably in a financial setting, and be proficient in MS Word and Excel. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role involves a range of duties, including general office administration, sales ledger management, timesheet processing, and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets. The successful candidate will also assist other departments with stock take processes and accounts-related tasks.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 24 days holiday pro rata, a Pension Scheme, Sickness Scheme, early Friday finish, and a fun team environment.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and the successful candidate will be required to work from home due to current circumstances.
