Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Yeovil, Somerset. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing excellent customer service to candidates, and upholding the security and integrity of our exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet candidates, verify their identification, and ensure they understand the exam rules and procedures
  • Comply with all exam security protocols and follow company policies to maintain the integrity of our exams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to candidate queries, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the exam
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our IT department to resolve any problems that may affect the exam
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and maintaining the test centre environment, to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for candidates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
