About the Role

This Part Time Finance Coordinator position involves working with a dynamic team at Office Angels to assist with various administrative tasks, including general office duties, sales ledger management, timesheet processing, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for sales targets and internal accounts reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, opening and sorting post, and welcoming customers.
  • Updating sales orders, posting sales invoices, and sending statements.
  • Checking time sheets and entering data into Sage 200.
  • Assisting with credit control and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Word and Excel, as well as prior experience in an administration role or recent college/university leaver. Additionally, proficiency in Sage 200 accounting software and Office 365 is required.
