Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent customer service skills. They must be able to handle difficult situations and possess good problem-solving skills. Honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality are also essential qualities for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling small balance letters and bills from suppliers, addressing broken meters, processing gas force entries, and managing customer requests. Additionally, they will need to process service requests and perform general admin duties.
